First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reverie.
Marketing Associate
There were 3 rounds of interviews, and one of them was a group interview. Candidates didn't get much time to get to know people before the third round. The second interview ran way over the scheduled time with no explanation given. There was a survey required to confirm you were paying attention during the interview.
- What do you hope to get out of this position?
Mechanical Design Engineer
I applied at career fair and got back 2 weeks later. One phone interview with the department manager and one onsite interview with 5 people, including HR, department managers and other employees.
- What's your habit?
- Do you use C++?
Customer Care Representative
I applied and didn't hear back for a while, so I reached out to HR. Then I had a quick phone chat with HR, and a couple weeks later, I did an in-person interview with two team members. It felt pretty laid-back. It took a couple more weeks after that before I heard back, and HR said they wanted me for a final interview and would decide in about a week. It's been six weeks now, and after following up twice, I still don't know the outcome. Honestly, the way they handle things makes me question if I even want to work there.
- As an animal, which one would you choose to be?
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with us?
Web Designer
I had an initial call with the secretary, followed by an IT interview, then an interview with the head of marketing, another phone interview, and finally a three-hour design test. The whole thing felt pretty disorganized and chaotic.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
