The interview process was quite brief. If you align with the interviewer's demeanor and attitude, it proceeds smoothly. The individual managing the interviews exhibits a haughty attitude, interacting rudely with candidates. Their professionalism is questionable, and they seem to treat people poorly.

Software Validation Engineer
Be honest, focus on your strengths and stay positive. It's good to have a multi-faceted resume that's relevant to the job. Have an awesome, but not ego-filled, personality. Adaptability and quick logical learning and responses are key traits. Must have real passion as there is a lot to learn and many dynamics at play. You must be willing to relocate, as that is very necessary when working with clients. Keep up-to-date and don't be afraid to open up. The environment is super friendly and competitive.
- Can you describe each of your previous roles and how they relate to this position?
Validation Engineer
They'll check out your education and experience. You'll need to talk about what you know and have worked with regarding current regulations for medical devices, pharma, and biotech. The HR person is helpful if you have questions, but you should be ready to ask them.
- What experience do you have with regulatory standards and compliance?
Validation Engineer
