First, there was a phone call to set up the interview, and then they scheduled an in-person interview. They asked about five to ten interview questions, such as your strengths and weaknesses, tell me about yourself, and where you see yourself in five years. They also asked for professional references.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I was brought into a conference room where three people were waiting. They asked me questions about my current job, my experience with SQL Server administration, and some basic SQL stuff - I felt good about those. Then, they gave me a paper with a situation where I had to build a query using some sample tables, and another paper and a pencil. They said they wanted to see my 'process'. I tried, but without a keyboard and mouse, it was hard to put the query together (it wasn't that complicated). My process always needs a keyboard and mouse. Seeing the manager look disappointed made me more nervous, and after about 15 minutes of that, I knew I wouldn't get the job. They thanked me for my time, and I left feeling confused and down. When I was walking out, I realized that when they asked me to write a query without the tools I usually use, I should have just left. It was like asking a pilot to show off their flying skills by riding a skateboard. It made the whole interview a waste of time and didn't really show what I can do.

Behavioral Technical

I met with the main manager and two assistant managers all at once. The main manager went over my resume with me, asking about specific points and letting me elaborate on my qualifications. I had several chances to ask them questions. One of the assistant managers asked me about six or seven behavioral questions. After that, the manager discussed the perks of employment with Revere Health. The interview felt very welcoming and straightforward, not like a trick. However, you definitely need to prepare for the behavioral questions as they were quite standard.

The interview process was conducted in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I really enjoyed visiting the office, as it provided a sense of comfort, much like home. The individuals conducting the interview were exceptionally pleasant. The office space itself is a truly wonderful place to spend time. It was a fantastic experience, and I am very keen on the prospect of joining their team.
