Manager
The process was transparent and seamless, which was greatly appreciated. It saved time for everyone involved in determining if it was a good fit. I would highly recommend other interview processes to be this seamless, from start to finish.
- Can you describe your experience related to the job role you're interviewing for?
Marketing
I was ghosted by this company, they took my ideas, and didn't hire me. Everything started out well enough - I enjoyed the people I met. The recruiter was friendly and positive. But then it went downhill quickly. After the process was dragged out unnecessarily, I had to contact them to get the outcome - pretty sure they were going to ghost me. Then, I was told that they were going to continue their search because they needed someone with more experience. So, I wasn’t hired due to my “lack of experience” (12+ years in my field) and yet their new hire has about 3-4 years, so that’s BS. The worst is they required me to submit THREE assignments and then stole some of my ideas and concepts that now appear on their website.
- How can marketing campaigns be optimized?
Customer Success Manager
I had an interview with an international recruiter, then spoke with a couple of managers. They were all really nice and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my past experiences. They also gave me a good understanding of what the role entails and set realistic expectations.
- Can you describe your approach to your work?
SEO Analyst
I put in my application online and a recruiter from the company got in touch. The interview was split into three parts: first, a quick screening call, then a zoom meeting with the senior director and team lead, and finally, an assessment. The initial screening call was pretty basic. The recruiter asked some questions about my experience, skills, and my salary expectations. I got a follow-up call saying they wanted to continue with the interview process. The interview with the senior director and team lead was a bit more detailed. They asked about my past jobs, why I got into this field, times I used particular skills, and let me ask them questions. Then I had to complete an assessment. After I submitted it, they called to offer me the job, which I accepted.
