First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Revenue Group.
Customer Service Representative
I had a phone interview with the EOS Manager. It was about 20-30 minutes long and really easy. They gave me an offer right after, which I accepted. The whole thing was super straightforward.
- Can you share your past customer service experience?
Cash Applications Specialist
Started with a phone interview, then I went for a face-to-face meeting with the finance manager and the cash applications supervisor. The office setting was nice, they showed me around the building and where I'd be working.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Collector
There were a few interviewers, and a role-playing scenario was a possibility. The company tends to hire people who get recommended and have prior collection agency experience.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced and how you managed it?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview started with a general chat about the job I applied for. Then, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by another phone interview with the department manager. After that, there was a face-to-face meeting with both of them, and I also did a short job shadow. All three stages were really informative and honest, they wanted to see if I was more than just talk and could actually fit in.
- What is your definition of sales?
