First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at REVELxp.
Sales
I talked to my direct supervisor first, then I met with 3 other people from the department. This took about a week or two. The whole process was really simple and the conversations were easy. They mostly wanted to check my experience and see if I was a good culture fit. There was a pretty long wait to hear back though.
- Tell me about your past sales quotas.
- Can you give me an example of a deal you closed?
- In what ways do you think you can contribute to our company?
Manager
The interview process felt very personal and friendly. They seemed to care just as much about finding someone who's a good fit for them as they do about making sure the candidate feels the company is a good place for their career.
- Can you tell me about your past experience that you think would be relevant for this role?
General Manager
The corporate recruiter told me I was a perfect fit. The hiring manager liked my screening interview and connected me with the head of properties to learn more about available roles. Then I never heard back again and they became unresponsive.
- Are you comfortable working in an office environment?
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty quick and laid-back, with two rounds total. They asked very basic interview questions, nothing tricky or designed to catch you out. It wasn't a stressful experience, more about seeing if your personality would be a good fit with the team.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
