I signed up on their website and filled out some sections about my front-end/back-end experience, which they said was just to get a better understanding of me, not a technical test. I then recorded myself answering questions for about 1.5 hours, but I never heard back from them. I couldn't reach support because their website was down and there was no email. Weeks later, a friend who works there told me they saw my videos and thought I was 'entry level,' so they decided not to move forward with my application, even though the site said it wasn't a technical test and just wanted to get to know me. The worst part is they didn't even tell me. My friend suggested trying again, but I couldn't re-upload the tests on the website. I ended up deleting my account.

I interviewed with Revelo on December 26th, thinking it was for a UX Designer role. I didn't hear back after the interview, and my follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn were met with a generic response on January 7th saying my profile was being reviewed for future roles. This felt misleading because the initial contact implied a specific client need. It's important for recruiters to be clear if it's for an actual role or just talent pooling. I hope they improve communication and respect candidates' time.

The process was pretty similar to what's common in the market. First, there was a Skype interview to understand my current situation, what I was looking for, and salary expectations. Then came the in-person interview. In my case, I met with the head of the area who asked me technical questions, and then with the CEO, who wanted to see if I fit the company culture. They never got back to me, even though they said they would. I felt like they tried to get as much info as possible about my current company and I ended up wasting my time.
