First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Revcor.
HR Manager
So, there were two main parts to the interview process. First, I had a phone chat, and then the next step was an in-person interview at their office. This onsite part took quite a while, like several hours. I got to meet a few people from the HR department and also a couple of the executives. They even showed me around the facility.
- What do you know about our company and why are you interested in working with us?
Engineer
I had a phone interview first, and then a second interview that was on-site and lasted over 4 hours. I met with 5 people during the on-site. After the second interview, I didn't hear back for a month. When I finally asked, they told me another candidate was offered the job.
- Can you explain the difference between centrifugal and axial fans?
Engineer
very disappointing. After a face-to-face interview, Revcor said they were interested and even did a "final" interview. Then, nothing for two months. Finally, the recruiter contacted me saying they hired someone for much less money. Really unprofessional and a waste of time.
- Are you hands-on.
