AI Enablement Lead
The entire interview process took over 7 weeks. It began with a recorded personality/IQ test. Then, I had an interview with the recruiter, followed by the hiring manager, and then two more hiring managers. After that, there was a technical assessment, and finally, a meeting with a chief officer. The recruiter consistently gave me positive feedback throughout the process and even suggested I might get good news after the final round. However, a week later, the recruiter sent an email stating they had chosen someone else, citing 'timing and fit' as the reasons. This explanation felt vague and unfair, especially after investing 7 weeks in interviews. Based on this negative experience, I would not recommend this company.
- Can you share an accomplishment you're particularly proud of?
- Describe a situation where you had to persuade a group or get agreement after facing opposition.
Content Marketing Manager
This interviewing process was the absolute worst. It started with an email from a recruiter asking me to take a CCAT exam for a marketing role, and they claimed even the CEO took it, which is hard to believe. It was a struggle to even get the exam link, and I had to message the recruiter on LinkedIn to get it, which should have been a warning sign. The CCAT test had random math problems, shape identification, and fill-in-the-blanks. After that, there was a generic personality test with silly questions like 'Would you say you're shy?' with agree/disagree options. I got a standard rejection email about four days later. It was a truly bizarre, pointless, and lazy way to filter candidates. Explains why 70% of Glassdoor reviews are negative.
- Are you a shy person?
Legal Counsel
The hiring process here is quite extensive. It generally starts with a standard HR screening and conversation, followed by an interview with the hiring manager for the specific role. Next, you'll undergo a series of timed cognitive and personality tests administered by Criteria, which typically take about 45 minutes to complete – it's advisable to prepare for these for at least a couple of hours. If you pass those assessments, there's another interview with HR, and then a final interview with your manager and potentially one to three other individuals, depending on the seniority of the position.
- What was your experience like with the Criteria assessments?
- Can you elaborate on the Criteria assessments?
- What did you think of the Criteria assessments?
Project Manager
This was a really well-organized and professional interview process. They did have a test, but I think that's good to make sure people are logical and personalities fit. I've been in the workforce a while and didn't see the assessments as a bad thing. Aleks from HR was great, she kept me in the loop, answered my questions fast, and scheduled the next interviews quickly. Everyone else I spoke with was on time, prepared, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the company and its values. They were nice and engaged respectfully. Overall, a really positive experience.
