The hiring process was pretty intense, with a total of 6 rounds. It kicked off with a written test covering C, SQL, .NET, and some aptitude. After that, the shortlisted candidates went through the first technical interview, which was fairly straightforward, involving some puzzles and OOPS concepts. The next day featured a second technical round, focusing again on SQL queries, OOPS, and databases. On that same day, there were two more rounds: an HR round and an ambassador round. They actually have a set list of questions for these, so be ready! The final round, on the third day, was with the MD and was a mix of technical and HR questions.

Behavioral Technical

I got referred by a former colleague and HR called me right away. The next day, I had a phone interview with the HR recruiter. He was a bit aggressive, but he knew a lot about the company and really gave me a good sense of the culture and the company. After talking to HR, I moved on to the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked some tough but important questions. I thought he was smart and direct, which I liked. It felt more like a chat than a rapid-fire question session.

It started with an HR phone screen, then a one-on-one with the Sales Manager, and then I met with the sales and marketing team. It was a really standard and fast process. They mentioned they take their time to find the right person, but I thought it was super quick and efficient. The whole thing from the recruiter call to starting was under a month.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved a phone interview followed by a one-on-one meeting where they asked technical and personal questions. There was also a lunch at a restaurant in the building. They ended up offering me the position. The people were great, and although the office is small, it's located in an impressive building (The Gherkin).
