It was a really thorough and professional interview, lasting about 2 hours. We started with a tour of the place and met the folks who would be working with me. Then, we got into the interview itself, with a lot of questions about my background, my career path, and my knowledge about aircraft. They seemed really focused on understanding me as a person and my career aspirations. I got a good feeling about the company.
