The first interview was with Rev, and it was with the branch manager. It was a very laid-back conversation where the manager discussed the sales aspects of the role. It was a quick interview.

It was a very friendly, conversational, and positive experience, not stuffy at all. There seems to be a lot of momentum and new opportunities. The HR Director is strategic, organized, understands the company's culture and growth goals, and is hiring the team accordingly.

We start with a Phone interview, then you go face to face with the regional manager and the VP of the department. If you pass that, you meet with another panel for a culture fit assessment.

The interview process was friendly and direct. The manager was clear about what they are looking for, mentioning that some days can be very stressful, especially around paydays. They asked how well I handle pressure.
