The interview was over Zoom and took less than 30 minutes. I met with the ADN, Don, and the administrator. The conversation was short and to the point, asking about my prior experience, and I was offered a job opportunity during my interview.

I interviewed at Retreat in May 2022. The staff were nice, but the interview itself was awkward and unforgettable. Was took on a tour of the facility and answered a few questions. At the end of the interview I filled out a form asking about my experiences and references, which I already answered before I came in. In the end I was ghosted and never received an update on my application.

The interview process was disorganized. We all waited outside in the rain and were then brought into a small room, followed by a large room that was so loud we couldn't hear each other. After about 10 minutes, they handed out tickets for 'the tour' (some were red, some orange). We were thanked for our interest but received no further information.

I had an interview with two people, lasted about half an hour. It felt thorough and I enjoyed the interviewers. It seemed like a great position, but the pay was a bit too low since I was relocating.
