The interview experience was engaging and informative. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The interviewer asked thoughtful and well-prepared questions that assessed my skills and experiences, and my problem-solving abilities and cultural fit. We had a conversation discussing my qualifications and the company's values and goals. The process was smooth, and I left feeling optimistic and excited about the opportunity.
- What are your salary expectations?
Client Success Manager
My interview experience with REthink was quick, positive, and welcoming. I was asked to talk about my knowledge concerning the role and specific business software. It felt genuine, without any weird agendas or old-school interview tactics like 'good cop, bad cop.' The process started with a 30-minute phone screening with the CEO. Then, I had an onsite interview at their Austin HQ with the client success team, product, sales, HR, and finance. This 3-hour interview was one of the best I've had; everyone was welcoming, curious, and open-minded, making me feel positive about wanting to join the team. The final step was a lunch with some team members, which was a great, informal way to see how I'd fit in and confirm expectations from the onsite. Shortly after applying, I got an offer from the CEO. It was clear the team shared the same goals and worked together with a strong sense of ownership, which was really enlightening.
- Can you share your experience interacting with clients who aren't technical?
- Tell me about your background with Salesforce and what a '10' would represent to you.
- Can you describe a time you handled a difficult client who wasn't technical?
Business Analyst
It was a pretty fun interview that was based on vetting out the type of person someone is as well as determining what they get excited about related to technology and their level of conversational abilities. The interview reflected the culture of the company well. Questions revolve around: - Gathering requirements - Interpersonal skills - Technical skills related to software - Knowledge around Real Estate
- If you had to choose, what type of dinosaur burger would you eat and what's your reasoning behind that choice?
Client Success Analyst
I had two phone screens and then three more interviews. One was with HR, another with the hiring manager, and the last one was with the team. The first two interviews went really well and I enjoyed the third one. However, one of the people for the last interview never showed up without saying why. All in all, it was alright.
- Can you expand on your background and experience?
