there were 4 steps in the interview process: first an hr interview, then a coding interview to check if you can code, after that another coding interview to describe how you would structure the codebase, and finally a meeting with the CTO but I didn't make it that far.

Met with the recruiter and VP of Engineering at my college's career fair. The recruiter reached out a few days later to set up an onsite interview for the following week. The onsite lasted about four hours. It started with a 15-minute chat with the recruiter, where I was offered water. Then, I talked with the VP of Engineering, who asked me some behavioral questions about teamwork and my future goals, and aimed to make me feel comfortable for the next part. After that, three engineers on the team asked me technical questions about basic data structures and algorithms, nothing too advanced, like what you'd see in a weed-out algorithms course. I received an offer about three days after the interview, after the weekend. All the paperwork seemed to be sorted out the week after that.

First, I had a phone screen with the Head of Engineering. It was about 30-45 minutes, and he asked me about the work I'd been doing. It wasn't super technical, and it went pretty well. Then, for the onsite, I had three separate one-hour coding sessions. It was pretty cool that I could use my own computer and my preferred editor. Each session had one exercise: two were coding challenges where I had to write code from scratch, and one involved debugging some existing code. They told me I could use any language I wanted, like C, Java, or Go.
