First I had a phone screen with the talent acquisition manager. After that, I interviewed with the human resources Director. The last step was a meet and greet with the whole team.

Interview was pretty easy step. You mostly talk about your experience/education. Any questions you have - some of them were answered, some not exactly to your expectations. There was a feeling of mistrust from hiring manager.

I was an internal candidate for this Director of EHS role. I had one interview with the HR person. She didn't ask much about my qualifications, like my M.S., managerial experience, or my 19 years of occupational health experience. The questions didn't really showcase the position well. I think the interview ended when I asked about the union situation, which had been in the news a lot.
