First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Resurrection Health Care.
HR Assistant
First I had a phone screen with the talent acquisition manager. After that, I interviewed with the human resources Director. The last step was a meet and greet with the whole team.
- What makes you want to work in HR?
Technician
Interview was pretty easy step. You mostly talk about your experience/education. Any questions you have - some of them were answered, some not exactly to your expectations. There was a feeling of mistrust from hiring manager.
- Could you please provide a detailed explanation of the technical question and business case?
EHS Director
I was an internal candidate for this Director of EHS role. I had one interview with the HR person. She didn't ask much about my qualifications, like my M.S., managerial experience, or my 19 years of occupational health experience. The questions didn't really showcase the position well. I think the interview ended when I asked about the union situation, which had been in the news a lot.
- What is your motivation for seeking this position?
- Can you describe a particularly challenging situation you faced as a manager?
Director
The interview process included scripted questions. They asked about a time I had to make a tough decision, my biggest mistake and how I handled it, and what I do when people don't agree with me.
- What makes you think you are qualified to even apply for this job?
