It was a face to face interview. They asked me questions about customer service, working in a fast paced environment, and how I am on the phone. They also asked if I had any medical or insurance knowledge and about past experience that is applicable to the role.

The initial phone interview involved a thorough explanation of the company's business model, growth strategies, benefits, and their specific approach to treatment and therapy, including incentive structures. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions, and received clear and detailed responses. The interviewer also suggested a site visit for me to observe a current Physical Therapist in action. My final offer is contingent upon completing this site visit.

The interview was chill and professional. Started with a LinkedIn message, then a phone interview, then an in-person interview. Two managers talked to me, and then I did a test. Got a call two days later saying I didn't get the job, but they liked me and were wondering if two other locations would be interested. I didn't go for it because I had two other hospital offers already.
