First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Results Physiotherapy.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Good lots of great questions highly recommend. Asked me about my hobbies including long walks on the beach and my favorite dogs and animals sounds like a decent job for anyone to take
- What are your hobbies lately?
Office Coordinator
I had two interviews. The first was an in-person interview, and the second was a Zoom interview. They were really flexible and let me do the second one over Zoom because I was in the middle of moving, which was super considerate.
- How important is office management to you?
Physical Therapy Technician
I applied and they reviewed it super fast and set up an interview. They seemed really nice and professional. After the interview, they said I'd hear back by Friday afternoon or Monday. The interviewer really stressed that he'd let me know either way. Well, it's Wednesday of the next week and still nothing. So I called him to check if he needed more info or if it went to someone else. He picked up, said he needed to chat with HR, and promised to call the next day FOR SURE. It's been a week since then, so I'm guessing I didn't get the job. Whatever. Not very professional.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Physical Therapist
I had a phone chat first, then met in person with the area manager, and finally had a follow-up with the district manager. It was pretty straightforward, just a typical interview for an outpatient physical therapy role. They were nice people.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What do you consider your weaknesses?
- How have you handled conflict resolution in the past?
