First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Restorixhealth.
Nurse
The first interview was a phone call, and the second interview was in-person at the clinic. It was very conversational and informative. I really liked seeing the clinic in person and meeting the team.
- Why are you the best candidate for this role?
Wound Care Nurse
The interview was in person and laid back. They showed me around the office and introduced me to all the staff on the floor, which was nice. They described the flow of a typical day. They asked questions about my previous experiences as a nurse, but not too probing. It felt like they were more trying to get a feel for if I would fit in.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your previous nursing experience?
Director
The process was super professional and things moved quickly. Started with a virtual chat, then had two in-person meetings. The last one was with the Hospital Liaison and the Medical Director. They kept me in the loop the whole time. The people interviewing me knew their stuff and were really nice to talk to.
- How do you deal with difficult employees?
Wound Care Nurse
It was a casual chat with standard behavioral questions. They didn't seem to know how to conduct an interview, so be ready with your own questions or to talk about yourself without being prompted. They weren't entirely upfront about the hours or the job itself.
- Can you tell me about your goals for the next five years?
