The CEO and staff were really friendly when I first met them. The interview process wasn't too stressful, and they liked my experience. I was basically hired on the spot and start January 13th.

The interview was easy-going but to the point. The main thing is whether you can sell roofing or not. It was a very friendly and encouraging team. You'll have an open-ended interview where you should use the time to sell yourself.

I applied for this part-time telemarketing gig. It was a big group call, like a webinar with about 10 people. They asked the usual generic questions like what are your career goals and what makes you qualified. They said they'd let us know who got selected, and I didn't. This was surprising since I have over 15 years of telemarketing experience and I'm 70. Weirdly, a few days later, I got another invite. I told them my availability, then checked the invite page and saw 'not selected by employer!' right after. I have to say, it seems like this company is run by some really flaky and incompetent people. I've also noticed this ad is always up on job sites, which suggests a lot of turnover.

The interview was good, no problems. It was a chill, one-on-one chat. They did a good job explaining what the job is all about. I'd tell motivated people who want to make money to check this place out!
