The interview was conducted over Zoom. The interviewer mentioned they would follow up within a week but never did. It would have been appreciated to at least get an email update, even if it was to say they weren't moving forward with my application.

Got contacted by the company pretty fast after I applied. I had two video calls and then one meeting in person. The HR person and the hiring manager were pretty nice and kept in touch during the interviews. After meeting them the third time, I sent a thank you email to both people I spoke with. But I never heard back, and nobody even bothered to tell me that someone else got the job. It's really disappointing to go through THREE interviews and get absolutely no response. It was super unprofessional.

I had an initial call with an HR rep that went really well. Then I had an in-person interview for a senior position with a manager and their boss. The manager was great, seemed to really know their stuff and be a good leader. But the senior person I met with, who the manager reported to, was very negative. They were openly discussing internal problems, like how some current employees might be let go, and warned me to keep my voice down because of thin walls. They also brought up past accounting issues that were concerning. What really sealed the deal for me was their attitude towards remote employees. They mentioned considering firing remote workers who were doing a good job just because they didn't want to come back to the office. After leaving, I decided I wasn't interested anymore. It felt like a really toxic environment and I was shocked by their lack of respect for their team.

Even though I had 3 interviews, I never received any feedback about whether the position was filled. I think that after investing so much time, even a basic email stating they moved on with another candidate would have been a professional courtesy.
