Behavioral Other

It takes them forever to review your resume, like 2 weeks. Then another 2 weeks to schedule interviews, and you also have to do a personality test. It's a really long and drawn-out process. They focus on personality questions instead of how your experience could help the company. People find better jobs while waiting for a response, and they don't even tell you if you didn't get the job. You have to ask them for updates.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was clear. After an initial meeting, there was a long team interview. The second interview lasted most of the day and involved 12-14 people. I felt it went very well, I liked meeting the team and thought it was a good fit. I took a facility tour a week later. The hiring manager kept me waiting in the lobby for a long time and then gave me a quick tour. I never heard back from them after that. I sent a thank you and tried to follow up. I saw the hiring manager a month later at a store and he didn't seem to recognize me, so maybe it all worked out for the best.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring manager first reached out. The initial questions were very casual, aiming to get to know me, and there was no pressure. An on-site interview was then scheduled with the entire department team over lunch. This was also very relaxed, focusing on my past experiences and whether I found the role appealing. They followed up quickly and politely. Since the company is fully employee-owned, the interviews felt like they were assessing potential new owners, ensuring a good and smart fit for the company. The entire process was exceptionally cordial.

Behavioral Presentation Other

This was an intense interview process with many different people. It focused on core values and required a presentation. Chemistry was part of the interview, even though I had no background in it. Lunch was provided in the atrium, but there was very little time to eat. Expect to spend most of the day speaking with interview teams.
