Interviewed online and then went on-site. It was super fast; I interviewed on Monday and left on Wednesday. The interview itself was chill, they asked relevant questions and talked about Madero's benefits and history.

It was online and easy, the interviewer was super chill, the interview had two stages, one with several people and another just with me. The first stage was more about explaining the company and the rules, and the second was about personal stuff like if we had availability to move to another state.

I was contacted via WhatsApp, and then we scheduled a video call. The first part was with HR. The recruiter was very professional, even though she didn't know much about the job description. A few days later, the area coordinator scheduled a second interview that lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. It started by focusing on my skills, but then it turned into gathering information about my previous company's career plans, bonuses, and objectives. At that point, I felt the interview was just to get information, especially since the salary I asked for was higher than what the job offered. It's been 46 days, and I still haven't received any feedback.
