I applied online and after a few months, I got a call saying I was selected as one of six applicants for the final round. They asked if I wanted to continue, and after I said yes, they gave me details about the next steps. A technical test was given, and the results were emailed to me. I didn't get the job but was then called for a similar FT casual role, which I took.

The interview process was really efficient and the interviewers were very attentive and informative. They were happy to answer all of my questions and asked very fair questions that allowed for additional details to be added. They also explained their projects very clearly and provided as much information as they could to make me comfortable with the posting.
