Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ResQ.
Business Development Executive
It was a 3-round process, and everyone was super friendly. They were really open and answered all my questions throughout. I got responses back quickly and could easily get in touch with the right people for the next steps.
- What are your company expectations
Account Executive
I interviewed with ResQ and thought it was a great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish. Amanda Francis was awesome. Sydney, the hiring manager, really took the time to talk about the company's mission and values and how I'd fit in. I got to ask questions too and learned about the company culture and growth. What really impressed me was the team's passion and dedication to customers, and the collaborative culture. Overall, ResQ seems like a great place to work. The process was smooth and the team was great. Excited to see what's next for ResQ!
- Tell me about your biggest learning from 2022.
Account Executive
I was contacted via LinkedIn. The interview process included an initial call with a recruiter, a conversation with the hiring manager, and a sales pitch delivered to a C-suite executive. I found the process to be excellent – very efficient with feedback, and the talent acquisition manager was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The whole team was wonderful. Even though I had to decline the great offer I received due to personal circumstances, I would have been thrilled to join ResQ otherwise.
- Could you share an accomplishment you're particularly proud of?
