There were a few stages. First, a chat with the owner. Then, a test, which they found amusing to score. After that, a visit to the office. It used to include a CV test, but I'm not sure about that now. The practical part involved 4 hours of cold calling with their provided scripts. Finally, another discussion with lots of questions, many of which are available online.
