Associate
The interview process for the Associate SDU India role involved a general aptitude test, a procedure writing assessment, a quality-first evaluation, and a three-day training period, followed by an HR round. The HR team smoothly managed the entire process. Overall, it was a really good experience.
- Tell me about yourself, your experience, and your operational skills.
- How do you handle general aptitude tasks?
- Describe your experience with procedure writing.
Frontend Engineer
The interview process included a technical screen focusing on JavaScript, React, and related tools, followed by a discussion with a coding skills manager about the development process and Scrum. Then, an HR call assessed personality. The overall experience was very positive; everyone was friendly and kind. Take it easy, you can do it.
- Can you explain how to create a custom React hook?
Assistant Manager
The interview process involved an easy aptitude test, followed by a manager round where they asked about people management experience and how to calculate the FTE needed for a project. The final round with the director was unpleasant; they were late and the interview was short. It turned out the main issue was me being from out of town, which they saw as a risk. It's strange they shortlisted me if that was a concern.
- How many employees would be needed to complete XYZ files?
HR Lead
Got an initial call with a recruiter. She first talked about the company's services and its market position. The company recently bought a brokerage in Belgrade and needs local staff to support it, with plans to build an office of 200 people in the next 12 months (currently 35 employees). The job also involves typical HR duties like performance management. I decided not to proceed because they weren't willing to pay me through my Serbian registered business. The recruiter was pleasant.
- Could you tell me what you know about Resource pro?
- What was it about this role that attracted you?
- Do you find the salary range of 145,000 to 270,000 gross RSD acceptable?
