Analyst
It was fine and I was curious to learn and evaluate the difference of data between them to analyze the variables and constants and the necessity to understand the work.
- Can you tell me about yourself and explain why you chose to apply to our company?
Recruiter
I interviewed at Resource Options for a Recruiter role. I applied and was contacted by a recruiter. I had a 15-min pre-screen call, then an in-person interview at the office. It was supposed to be an hour, but I spent two hours talking to four specialists, one after another. They asked similar questions, so I repeated my answers. I followed up but didn't get any feedback after the interview. It was still a good chance to interview and meet the team.
- Can you tell me about your experience and describe your recruiting process?
- What does your recruiting process entail?
Marketing Coordinator
I found the job online and they reached out. The first interview was a quick phone call about my resume, and they scheduled an in-person interview. The next week, I met with the VP. It seemed to go well, and we connected. They said I'd hear back in a week or two after they finished interviews. A week later, I emailed and was told they were still wrapping up and I'd hear back the following week. That week passed, I emailed again, and got no response. This was weird because they were usually quick to reply. I guess they went with someone else, but a follow-up email would have been nice, especially since they said I'd get a final decision.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience that is relevant to this role?
Job Coordinator
It starts with a phone chat and then a couple of in-person interviews. They're not really looking for specific answers, but more if you're reliable and can present yourself professionally. Just be on time and follow up now and then.
- Tell me about your leadership qualities and people skills.
