The interview process was very quick. There will be another interview where pay and benefits will be discussed. I didn't have to wait long, but be aware that parking isn't validated and there was a small wait.

First, I submitted my resume online. Then, I had a phone interview with the HR manager. After that, I set up a face-to-face interview with the manager on-site at the hospital. I also had to do a skills test. They called me back with a job offer, and then I had to do a background test. The whole process took about two weeks.

The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conducted by the director of operations. Instead of typical questions, she asked about my favorite and least favorite co-workers, which was easier to discuss than talking about myself. The interview was relaxed and went smoothly, despite her phone ringing and her answering it, which felt a little unprofessional. I interviewed today and haven't heard back yet, but she mentioned I should know by next week.

Monster called me and described the position, and I was interested because they said the company only promotes from within. They made an offer based on my college degree and management experience, but almost two years later, I didn't get promoted. I got the highest grade on the state licensing test, but they let me go two weeks after that for no good reason.
