Member Service Representative
Quick Teams interview to present the company's benefits and culture.
- How do you handle objections?
- Can you explain how you would sell the benefits of a package or a vacation opportunity?
Customer Service Representative
I got a phone call from the recruiter, and it was really nice. They didn't ask me about timeshare experience, but they did ask about my previous employers and my call center background. I mentioned I didn't want to work in a place that was dirty, like a lot of call centers in Vegas. They said they'd call me back by the end of the week since they were just calling everyone who fit their criteria. But they never did.
- What's the reason you left your previous employment?
Member Service Representative
I learned about this job from a job fair ad. It's an office job, so business casual attire is best. They called us in one at a time and asked us some questions. If you know another language, they checked your fluency. We got a tour of the place, met some supervisors and managers. They called me a few days later.
- What makes you want to join our team?
- Can you demonstrate your fluency in other languages?
Director of Finance and Accounting
I spoke directly with the company President. Since they were a previous client of my old company's, I was already familiar with the company and its operations. I also knew and worked with one of their principals, so the interview was mostly to see if we'd be a good fit culturally and if we connected.
- Give me a quick overview of your financial and accounting background.
