The interview was very clear, they made sure to keep constant communication and were always ready to solve any doubts. They always gave feedback which is quite important at this stage as it makes decision-making easier.
- Regarding salary expectations, what do you expect?
- What is your availability like?
- Can you share your experience?
Software Engineer
I was found online by recruiters and they asked me to apply for a position through them. I went into the office for a presentation about the company's benefits and perks. I was disappointed to learn they were hiring for a senior role, despite my resume indicating I was seeking an entry-level position. This was confirmed when I was given a test with advanced technical questions, which I could not answer and returned blank. Despite this, they offered me a programming project to assess my skills, which I accepted. I submitted a fully functional implementation for the project. However, I received no feedback after submitting it. I felt they were unprofessional headhunters trying to place anyone in any open role. I'm relieved I didn't get a response, as accepting that job would have been detrimental to my career.
- The project required parsing and validating a csv file.
Software Engineer
Comfortable and fast response process. They adapt the process to the candidate's time as much as possible and answer all questions. In the technical interview, you also have space for questions.
- What are your career goals?
