Talent Acquisition Manager
It was a pretty direct and easy interview process, and I ended up getting an offer. I got quick updates, and all the people I talked to were very professional and great.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Help Desk Analyst
Recruiter got in touch a few days after I applied and called me while I was on my lunch break. They were really upfront about the job and the pay. Later that evening, I had a Teams interview. They're super fast to reply, and when they need to hire someone quickly, they really mean it.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced and its resolution?
- Tell me about your experience with (xyz).
- Describe your process for resolving a (issue).
SAP Basis Consultant
The interview was with the team, and they really dug into the details. You need to know the latest tech. They asked a lot of database questions. It started with an intro about you and your last 3 years of experience. There was only one interview and they made a quick decision.
- Questions based on scenarios and assessing troubleshooting skills.
Software Engineer
They emailed me saying they saw my application through LinkedIn (I hadn't applied to them, red flag #1). They hadn't asked me for any personal financial information yet so I humored them and said I was interested. Then they sent me their "assessment", It looked like a normal interview questionnaire so I filled it out and sent it to them expecting the normal interview next steps such as a phone call or video call. I got an email a few days later saying they would like to hire me, no phone interview, no video call, Massive red flag. The pay was also way too high for the type of position ($70/hr) so, another red flag. They sent me an offer letter but I never responded. I'm convinced this was a scam offer as they would eventually ask for more personal information. Also they wanted to send money for me to buy equipment... Legit companies don't do that. I Even tried to call their office and couldn't get ahold of a single person.
- I was asked to complete an online assessment, and there was no phone or video interview afterward.
