The interviewers were super friendly. There was also a brief info session which was quite useful. What was cool is that even the first interview was with actual people, not a recording, so that was fun and I really think you should apply.

the interview duration was shortened to 30 minutes and the interview was conducted online without prior notice. I had to take a whole day leave because initially, a minimum of 1.5 hours was expected. I didn't get much opportunity to present my case, and the interviewers seemed disinterested, suggesting I lack direct industry experience and rushing to conclude the interview. If my lack of experience was a known issue, it would have been better not to proceed with the interview in the first place, saving my time.

It started with a written HR interview, then I talked to the manager, and finally, I interviewed with more senior management. They were preparing to extend an offer, but I had already accepted a better one. The overall process was good, though there were minor tech and scheduling hiccups. The main downside was that they couldn't meet my base salary expectations, which they only revealed right before the offer stage, even though I'd discussed my salary expectations throughout the interviews. I feel like my time and the interviewers' time were wasted because they didn't have a conversation about salary limits earlier.

I was contacted by HR initially, and my salary requirements were fine. The entire process lasted 3.5 months, which was a long time. There were 4 interviews, each an hour long, plus assignments. After all that, they offered a lower salary than expected. I tried to negotiate, but the HR person was very rude and yelled at me. It was unacceptable behavior, and I'm glad I didn't accept. I feel like I wasted 3 months.
