Technical Support Engineer
So you submit your application with your resume and cover letter, usually online. Then they screen your resume to see if you basically meet the requirements. If you don't, they'll reject you. If you do, they'll contact you for an initial screening, could be phone, video, or online test. This is to check your communication, enthusiasm, and basic qualifications. If you pass that, you get invited to a more thorough interview. This might be phone, video, or in person. They'll ask more in-depth questions about your experience, skills, and projects. They might also ask behavioral questions about how you handled past situations.
