Content Strategy Manager
The hiring manager reached out and convinced me to apply for this role. I went through five weeks of interviews with different team members and managers. I felt like it was going well and enjoyed meeting everyone, even though some questions were repeated often. The last part was a presentation, which felt like a final exam. The instructions for the presentation were unclear, and I was told it would be casual, but it ended up being awkward and quiet instead of enjoyable. This whole process felt like a waste of time, and they should have just started with the presentation to save everyone time and stress. It seems like they don't value a candidate's experience or time, and I'm not sure they fully grasp what content strategy entails.
- Can you describe your work approach?
Strategy Analyst
First I had a phone screen, then I met with multiple people on the team. They asked me what I'd bring to the table in terms of prior experiences etc. Be able to speak to the role you're applying to.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What unique experiences do you bring to this role?
- How do your skills and background align with this position?
Media Planner
I applied and then HR reached out pretty quickly, within a few days. Had a phone call interview with HR, and then, like, less than a week later, I had back-to-back video interviews with the team.
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in media planning?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Developer
The interview process was pretty straightforward and friendly. The office space is open with a nice view, and the work environment seemed great. However, the office location might make commuting a bit challenging for some.
- Can you tell us about your experience with technical questions related to UX/UI?
