First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Resolute Baptist Hospital.
HIM Tech
It was an in-person interview that wrapped up in under 30 minutes. The questions asked were spot on for the role and my background. Post-interview, I got a chance to meet some of the hospital crew and see around the place. Overall, it was a great chat, and the interviewer really boosted my interest in the job and made me feel at ease.
- Can you share details about your prior HIM experience?
- How would you describe your ability to collaborate and your team-oriented nature?
Radiology Coordinator
The hiring process was straightforward. I first had a phone interview and answered a few basic questions about the job description. Then, I interviewed with the HR director. After that, I interviewed with the director of the Radiology department. The Radiology director explained the job details and his expectations. I got an offer the next day.
- What brings you joy?
Marketing Director
It was a pretty informal process. Started with a phone chat with the HR Director, then an in-person meeting with the CEO and Medical Director. They asked the usual interview stuff, like about my strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you describe a situation where you experienced a conflict with a supervisor or coworker, and detail how you managed to resolve it?
Patient Care Technician
The interview process went fast, taking about 15-20 minutes. Text was the main way we communicated beforehand. I got info about the interview and the job just a few hours later.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
