It took a while for them to get back to me about the first interview. After the initial phone chat, I wasn't really impressed with the person I talked to and felt like it wasn't the right fit.

I had a great, professional chat. We talked about the job details, what's expected, chances for growth, and benefits. They asked me about my past work and how my skills fit the role. They said I'd get an email with next steps to finish up, and then they welcomed me aboard with a handshake.

I went through 3 interviews with a senior project manager. First a phone interview, then an in-person 1 on 1, and finally a "field test." Everything seemed to go well. After the last "field test" interview, they told me to reach out if I didn't hear back in a week. A week went by, I reached out, and was told to wait again. I never heard back. Honestly, super unprofessional. If you're going to waste my time with 3 interviews, the least you can do is contact me. I know others had similar experiences on Glassdoor, but I figured I'd try my luck anyway. Such a waste of time.

I spoke with the hiring manager and department leader together. They were both nice to talk to and I felt comfortable. They explained the role in a lot more detail, which was good. I liked their intro.
