Software Engineer
Glassdoor reviews were accurate about the company wasting time, but I decided to proceed. After spending about 3.5 hours on their 5-6 interview rounds, the HR confirmed my technical rounds went well and they were unsure about the outcome. My initial impression of the interviewers, CTO, and VP was good; they discussed the role and responsibilities. However, the next day, I received a generic rejection email with no explanation. I've been trying to get feedback but haven't received any. I'll update if I get a useful response. For now, I advise against wasting time as they might not have the budget to hire and could be using candidates for benchmarking.
- Can you tell me about your experience with AI and any past projects you've worked on in that area?

I interviewed with Resilinc back in Aug 2013. The first round was with a senior person and lasted over 40 minutes. It kicked off with scenario-based questions where I was given a real-life example involving a train and station, and then asked to design an application based on changing requirements. This was followed by some technical questions that were of medium to high difficulty. After this first round, they set up a second round, but it was quite disappointing. The interviewer started with Java and OOP questions, which you wouldn't expect for a Salesforce role, and then asked a lot of trivial questions about limits, like the limit for custom fields, email alerts, and workflow actions. My impression is that they're trying to get a lot for very little; they offer low pay but expect a lot in the interview. From what I know, about 5 to 7 of my friends interviewed there, and only one got an offer, and even that wasn't a great one.
- Can you explain how Salesforce manages its database?
- Given a scenario about a train and station with evolving needs, how would you design an application for it?
- Tell me about Java and OOP concepts.

Got a call from Resilinc HR asking about my experience and tech stack, then set up a face-to-face interview. Day 1 had two rounds: a 20-min prescreening technical round on basic CV concepts, followed by a 40-min technical round with two developers covering Java, SQL, and analytical skills. Day 2, after 2-3 days, I had an HR discussion about work-life at Resilinc, salary, and my 90-day notice period, which the HR seemed negative about, mentioning they're a small org. Then a 20-min Director's interview also asking basic Database questions and again negative about the 90-day notice. Was told HR would follow up. A few days later, I got a call for salary discussion, and then another call the same day for a callback. HR was unavailable and would call back. It's been over a month with no update despite my follow-ups.

Senior Software Engineer
It was 3 tech rounds, then an HR round, and finally a discussion with the MD. Round 1 was all about hardcore technical stuff like Algorithms and Design patterns. Round 2 focused on my projects and JAVA specific questions. Round 3 had some simple SQL questions and a chat about my resume.
- Can you explain the Singleton design pattern?
- How would you implement binary search?
- Describe how to reverse an array without using an additional array.
