The interview process was unclear, with no defined next steps or guidance. It seemed the role lacked a structured description or clear deliverables, which was confusing initially and resulted in a very negative experience overall.

I talked to 4 directors. They were nice but didn't seem to know much about current marketing strategies. They asked about my past experience and why I'd be a good fit.

I went through a phone screen and then two in-person interviews. The staff was mostly nice, except for the CEO and the Chief Administrative Officer. The CAO was super rude and rolled her eyes like a teenager during my interview. Those two gave off a vibe of fake superiority, which was funny given our industry and the reviews. I figured I wouldn't get the job after the second interview, especially how they talked down to me, but I couldn't wait to leave. It seems like things are improving there, but I personally would never want to work there. I hope others have a better experience.

The first step was a phone screening call with the recruiter. They asked typical behavioral questions to assess cultural fit. They also asked about salary expectations to confirm they were within budget.
