& Process

The interview was remote and felt pretty low-stress, especially if you had the right skills. The hiring manager was easy to talk to and seemed to value my understanding of the job. We talked about my background and what I'm looking for in the role.

I had a virtual interview with a few Nurse Managers. They asked about my motivation for hospice, my ability to support patients and families through difficult moments, how I'd manage family disputes during visits, and my willingness to work on call.

I interviewed with all five of the regional directors, so it was a panel-style interview. They really wanted to know WHY I wanted to be in sales and WHY I wanted to work for Residential. There weren't too many straightforward situational questions, but they did ask how I'd handle a few different scenarios. They also asked several questions specifically about my resume, so I had to have some specific stories, explanations, and experiences from my professional/educational career to share with them.

I went through a 2 part virtual interview process. First, I had a phone call with a representative who did a screening with common interview questions about my background and skills. Then, I met with the hiring manager for the physical therapist in my area. The interview lasted about 20 minutes, was very casual and informative. The interviewer also shared all the information I asked for about the role.
