I got a call from the recruitment office (I don't think they use that company anymore) asking if I was interested in working for them. They asked me if I was currently working and why I was considering changing jobs. The interview was scheduled for next week, I believe. The first interview was with the department manager over the phone.

Behavioral Other

I had two face-to-face interviews and completed a personality survey. I was informed I was a final candidate. However, I never received any follow-up regarding the position, nor did they respond to my emails. It was very disappointing; I felt they valued their time more than mine and that it was disrespectful not to be informed of their decision.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an interview with the Site Manager and the HR Manager. We did some role plays for collections, and then they explained the job duties. The HR Manager asked me personal questions about my life and we also talked about the current situation in Guatemala and how proud we were of how things were progressing in our country.
