It was very thorough. They really want you to interview them too, and they're totally open to answering any questions you have. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you as well.

Recruiter did a screening and was nice, but it took a while to schedule the next interview. The hiring manager was 15 minutes late for the video call. I had to follow up with the recruiter, otherwise she might not have shown up, which was really unprofessional. When she finally showed up, she seemed disengaged and didn't really contribute to the conversation. It barely felt like an interview because she wasn't interested in asking questions. The interview was only about 10-15 minutes long. She didn't ask about my experience or skills, and instead talked for 5 minutes about her own experience as a purchasing manager. At the end, she mentioned they need someone who can start immediately without training. It was a very negative experience. Seeing these red flags with middle management this early makes me concerned about the actual job.

The interview experience was going well until it became clear the job description wasn't entirely accurate. It seems this company prioritizes bonuses above all else, and they seem to hire management that isn't always truthful. I won't work for a company built on dishonesty.

  • He hired me based on my knowledge, not my technical skills.
  • He doesn’t tell the truth and fabricates the truth.
