Email Marketing Manager
The hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn. After a brief chat on messenger, we set up a phone call so I could learn about the company and the role to see if I was a good fit. I was interested after hearing about the company's growth and strategy. Then, we scheduled an in-person meeting at the office. I got to meet some of the team, ask questions, and they asked me some too, to get a better sense of the company overall.
- Tell me about your work style.
- Can you share some of your successes?
- Can you share some of your failures?
Director of Customer Service
The interview process felt pretty conversational, starting from the initial phone call all the way through to getting the offer. They were really looking for someone who'd be a good fit for the company culture and also had the right skills. It kicked off with an email from the hiring manager, then a 30-minute phone chat, and the next day there was another interview. This one lasted about an hour and included some of the team members. It was a cool interview and gave me a good sense of the talent already there and what the future vision for the company is. The team was really open to questions, and it felt like a good back-and-forth discussion.
- What would be your plan for the first 30 days on the job?
Full Stack Developer
The process had two tests that covered different skill areas for my position. After each test, the lead software architect went over my solutions with me and suggested improvements. He was always nice and seemed to want to teach me, and I felt I could learn and grow there. After the second test, I got an offer letter soon after. The whole process was quite simple!

- Develop a game using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript according to the requirements
Fraud Analyst
The interview process was good. They were really honest and upfront about what the job is. First, HR called to check if I was still interested. Then, I had a phone interview. After that, I had in-person interviews with some of the staff members. It felt very thorough and precise.
- Can you describe the specific abilities and skill sets you are seeking for this role?
