Recruiters and managers like it when you use the STAR method to answer questions. It's a good way for them to see your skills and experience really fast. It helps them see what you did, what you were supposed to do, how you did it, and what happened. It keeps you focused.

The interview process was pretty basic and smooth. They asked about my availability, how I found out about the job, and why I was interested in working there. They also asked about my expectations for the role. The environment seemed decent, and the best part was the opportunity to work with children.

I was contacted by a team member to set up a panel interview. The panel interview was only 30 minutes long, not enough time for me to ask my questions. I was asked standard behavioral questions and questions about my past experience. They said I would hear back by the end of the week. But two weeks went by and no call or email about their decision. They ghosted me, which was unprofessional.

First off was a phone call with about 10 people. Mostly soft skill questions, less technical ones. Then I got a call back a week later for a technical test, which was done over the phone with one person who answered my questions about it. Finally, there was a third in person interview with the whole team.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked a modified fizz buzz question, which I wasn't expecting.
