First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency.
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. First, I had a 25-minute call with the Recruiter, which went really well. Then, a week later, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager for 45 minutes. After that, I was given an activity to demonstrate my technical skills for the role. I actually enjoyed the activity because it gave me a better understanding of what the job would entail. The final stage involved me presenting my completed activity to the Hiring Manager and the Department Lead. They made sure to give me ample time to ask my own questions and learn more about them and the company.
- Can you tell me about a time you improved a client relationship or dealt with a client challenge?
Account Manager
It started with a phone chat with HR and then I got invited for an in-person interview in LA. I had to reschedule it for the next week. Right after that, they called me the next day to set up a second in-person interview for the week after. Before the second interview, I got two assignments by email that I had 90 minutes to finish. One was a simple Excel test and the other was about campaign analysis and strategy. I had to talk about both assignments during the second interview. Everyone was really nice and got back to me fast. HR also followed up after each interview within 24 hours. I got the offer just 2 hours after leaving my second interview.
- Questions about how you manage your time.
- Questions about how you manage clients.
- Questions about how you manage accounts.
Account Manager
The process was quick and well organized, but unfortunately got cut short due to a funding issue. The recruiter was great, really prompt and thorough, and I felt well-prepared for the interviews. It was a bummer that the role funding didn't go through, but up to that point, it was a positive experience.
- Can you share your experience working in an agency setting?
- Could you describe the types of projects you've managed for previous clients?
