The interview was very casual. They asked basic questions and couldn't accommodate my pay expectations, offering only state minimum wage. Even though I was overqualified, the offer was not reasonable. This was for a weekend position.

I applied for the position. When I arrived for the interview, I was set before a panel of 4 employees. The interview was confusing because it was unclear who my supervisor was and what exactly I would be doing if hired despite asking. I was offered a tour of the office afterward and informed that I would hear back in a week. Two weeks later, I assume I didn't get the job despite my experience managing group homes. At least have the courtesy to let prospective employees know if they did or didn't get the job.

Interviewed with Pam Harris and it was a very exciting and successful chat. Then, I spoke with Greg Kennedy, who was very professional and pleasant. He did a great job explaining the role, and then told me what to expect during the rest of the process, which was totally accurate.

I was a bit nervous initially, but the interviewer was very personable and helped me relax. It felt more like a conversation where I was introducing myself. It went pretty well overall, and the questions were a bit challenging.
