First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RESA Power.
Account Manager
It was a long and drawn-out interview process. The interviews were pretty conversational, focusing more on my technical background than sales, and there wasn't any discussion about sales processes or how leads are generated. They expect salespeople to bring their own customers. It wasn't a very stressful process overall. I had two rounds of interviews with senior management and the CEO. They seemed really upbeat about the business and its growth prospects.
- What are some typical interview questions?
Accountant
I started with a phone interview with HR, and then went to the office for interviews with the Accounting Manager and the Assistant Controller. My last interview was on Zoom with the Director of Operations and Financial Reporting. I really connected with everyone and had a great experience.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
Integration Manager
Recruiter called me to discuss the role and mentioned forwarding my application to the hiring manager. The hiring manager then indicated the recruiter would follow up on the next steps, but I haven't heard back via email, text, or phone.
- Regarding email migration, what tools have you utilized?
Power Technician
After the initial phone interview, there were no further updates. It would be more professional if they had at least reached out to let me know if I wasn't selected, rather than leaving me hanging.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
