First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RES Software.
Social Media Marketing Manager
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a 1:1 with them. After that, I interviewed with the VP and two other marketing team members. I got positive email feedback from the hiring manager suggesting an offer was imminent. However, it took two more months of my follow-ups for any updates. The hiring manager cited the VP's travel and decision delays. Ultimately, I was informed the role was changing and no longer available, which was disappointing given the prior signals. The communication breakdown was unprofessional, especially considering the enthusiasm and apparent intent to hire.

Support Engineer
Applying to RES Software might be a bit of a slog. It's not your typical first and second interview. After I sent in my CV, I had a phone interview with the internal recruiter. They found me suitable for a meeting. This meeting was with me, the department manager, and the team lead. About 40 minutes after my meeting, I got a call asking if I wanted to come shadow for a day. This is to give candidates a good feel for the company and the work. You'll also get a technical test and have several interviews with the department's employees. After all that, you'll do a personality test with about 180 questions. Once you've done all the above, they check your references and, if all is well, you'll get an offer.

Director
Got an email from a recruiter with the job posting, and we hopped on a call pretty fast. Then, I spoke with the VP of my department the next day for about 45 minutes. After that, I met the CEO and some senior leaders in person. There was also a personality assessment that came up in one of the interviews. The final part was a full day at the office, meeting my VP again, having lunch with the team, and also video calling some leaders in the Netherlands. Met 9 people total. It felt like a lot, maybe too much, since I got the vibe they'd already decided before the last day. People kept saying it was just a 'formality' and to 'expect an offer tomorrow'. Got the offer two days later.
- You can ask to see your personality test results, so review them and be ready for questions about personality traits that could be seen as negative when compared to the expected behavior for this role.
Solution Architect
It was a 5 stage interview process. First, I interviewed with the Solution Architect manager. Then, I had an interview with an Account manager. After that, there was a technical screening. Next, I had an executive meeting/interview. Finally, I did a whiteboard/PowerPoint demo to the team to explain technology and demonstrate room skills. My process took about 45 days due to some trade shows and end of quarter items I had to deal with. It was a pleasant experience, a bit drawn out, but all in all a good method to interview.
