I reached out to the company to show my interest and went through a phone screen with HR, then had two more rounds. One round was with the analytics director, and the other was with the people in charge of the interns.
- Tell me about a marketing campaign you really liked.
Digital Marketing Associate
My job interview with REQ was a positive experience and I felt it was a good fit for my first job after graduating. The interview process started with a preliminary phone interview where I learned basic company info and asked a lot of questions. Then, I had an in-person interview with four REQ employees who are now my bosses and coworkers. They asked me thorough questions to make sure I'd be a good fit for the team. The interview lasted a few hours as I met with four people individually. I heard back about a week later that I got the job and accepted! They were understanding about the time I needed to relocate and were ready for me to start on my first day.
- What are your company preferences?
Programmatic Specialist
The interview process was pretty standard until the end. I talked to the hiring manager, then the managers of the paid media team, and finally another manager who leads content syndication. This all happened in about a week. I was supposed to meet with HR, but they kept pushing it back, so I figured it wasn't worth pursuing further. I was hoping for a fully remote position as advertised, but it seemed like they weren't keen on having someone in my role work remotely. Based on reviews and their social media, I got the vibe they're not ready to let go of working in the office.
- Can you share an instance where you had to navigate a challenging client situation?

I had a great time interviewing with RepEquity. First, there was a 20-minute phone interview with two people where they asked general questions like why I was leaving my current job and why I was a good fit for this role. After that, they set up an in-person interview that worked with my schedule. I met with the original two interviewers plus two new people. Then, I had two calls with HR and they made me an offer. They were really on top of things, answered all my questions, and were upfront about the company and the job.
- If you could have any job, what would it be?
