First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Republica Havas.
Copywriter
I talked to HR via phone and email who set up an online interview with some top creatives, which I felt went well. Then HR set up another interview with my potential bosses, but they didn't show up. I emailed HR about it right away, and she replied later saying she was sorry and would look into it, but I never heard back.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Strategist
There will be a few rounds of interviews with people from the department, the boss, and other leaders. Some interviews might have two or more people, so be ready for that! If you get an offer and accept it, they'll do a drug test and a background check.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
- Can you share some of your favorite campaigns?
- What led you to pursue a career as a strategist?
Account Manager
I got a phone call and they asked me some basic questions about my experience and then wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. I liked the office and they gave me a tour which was really nice. I was interviewed by the VP of Account Service and the Operations person. Then I came in later to be interviewed by two Account Supervisors and then my final interview with the CEO and CCO.
- About how many basketballs would fit in this room?
Client Account Coordinator
Interview was good. First, I spoke with the Head of HR and we just went over my resume. Then, I met with the Group Account Manager to learn more about the accounts team.
